Like a Painted Wild Mustang...

"...flyin' out across the open range... Finally gets to live her life that way, no fear, no fences, nobody, NO REINS!"
~Rascal Flatts

That song is one I've claimed as Prin and my "signature" song, we love it for demos, and it seemed appropriate for tonight's excitement. Prin and I learned something new :)

Yep! It's there, it's consistent, we're rearing now! Like a painted wild mustang, indeed! Pretty neato, huh?

That's so awesome and savvy! When my grandma was a teenager, she taught her horse to rear. Then when she let anyone ride her horse, the horse would rear and people would fall off of her. Very unsavvy, I know.

Too fun, Fran! You guys look great and I can't wait until you're a Parelli Pro. =-)

Christy--Yeah, I thought about that as I was teaching her, and so I added a verbal command. That and not many people who ride her can manage to bring her energy level up enough to canter, let alone leave the ground--she's a pretty solid LBI ;)

HOW? I can do it from the ground...

Its a matter of blocking zone 1 and redirecting the energy UP...how you figure it out is your own journey, since I'm not really sure how it came about, it just happened ;)
